Internships donít pay

Almost all graduates who take unpaid internships end up worse off 3 years later than their colleagues who just went straight into work.
University of Essex researchers found former interns were earning on average £3,500 less than those who opted to work straightaway.
The study also found that interns were less likely to go on to professional or managerial roles, or be satisfied with their careers!
