ACCA JUNE 2019 EXAMS – DAY THREE
06 June 2019
Our June ACCA exam feedback for day three…
Ok, with time management problems, is how one sitter described it. Another felt June’s test was more balanced than December, but as usual “time management was an issue”.
As one candidate put it: “Time management was indeed a problem. But I guess it’s a normal thing in most ACCA exams.” As one PQ’s exam went terrible wrong they started to panic and “literally started to shake. I am truly ridiculous, Very very disappointed in myself.”
Some PQs also admitted they weren’t quite prepared for the exam, and were just disappointed in themselves. “If I had been a bit more prepared the paper would have been a breeze.”
The call has come for the ACCA to provide all CBE students with noise cancelling headphones. One PM student said: “I hated the keyboard bashing noises…kept getting distracted.”
Another sitter agreed: “There were sounds all over the room disturbing your concentration.”
“There should be a cold place in hell for whoever created Q3b,” was perhaps the most ‘entertaining’ comment from the feedback for the June APM exam! Another PQ just said: “Q3 Wtf I’ll definitely be resitting in September.” Many admitted they had to use a lot of BS to get through the question. A student sitting the paper for the seventh time said they didn’t even attempt Q3b. Yet another said: “Q3 was pretty crazy and I might as well give up about the 123 marks on the b part.” Someone else said: “A miracle is needed as 3b is a zero-mark write off.” And, another said: “I truly hate this exam…I’m not happy ACCA!!!”
There were a few others, however, who thought Q2 was the problem paper. But they were very much in a minority.
